Plans and Features: What Comes With Each VFT Plan

This page is the reference for which features come with which plan. For current prices, see the main Vehicle Fair Trade site.

Vehicle Fair Trade has a free option for individuals and four paid dealership plans, Essential, Professional, Enterprise, and Supporter, each adding more of the wholesale toolkit. Below is exactly which features and limits come with each. For current prices, check the main site.

The plans at a glance

There are four paid dealership tiers, lowest to highest: Essential, Professional, Enterprise, and Supporter. Each step up adds more of what you need to run the wholesale desk, and the limits rise with it. There is also a free option for individuals — no card required — where you can sign up on your own and create vehicle evaluations without a dealership.

What each feature does

A brief map, with the full guide for each:

  • Photo upload: real photos on the evaluation for accurate offers. Available on all paid plans.
  • SMS conversations: send the unit to your wholesalers and collect offers. Essential and up. A dedicated texting number is provisioned for your dealership automatically when your plan includes this.
  • Canadian Black Book values: VIN-decoded wholesale and retail values. Professional and up.
  • OEM window stickers: confirm the factory build by VIN. Professional and up.
  • Dealer statistics: your wholesale numbers over time. Professional and up.
  • AI bid extraction: read the offer amount out of the reply. Enterprise and up.
  • Comparables: comparable listings on the evaluation. Enterprise and up.
  • Carfax reports: attach a history report for your buyers. Enterprise and up.
  • Inventory Pricing: the same market read as Comparables, but across your whole inventory at once, so you can see where your prices sit against similar listings. Supporter — coming soon.

How to pick a plan

Match the plan to how you use VFT today. If you want to text your wholesalers and send units out for offers, Essential covers it. If you also want Canadian Black Book values, OEM window stickers, and a statistics dashboard to track results, choose Professional. If you want the full desk, Comparables for live market pricing, AI bid extraction, and Carfax, choose Enterprise. Supporter adds early access to upcoming tools like Inventory Pricing plus a direct line to shape the roadmap. Start where your workflow is and move up when a limit or a missing feature gets in your way. Compare and switch on the Plans & Pricing page.
