Evaluations
Record and Manage Bids on an Evaluation
The offers are the objective. VFT keeps them on the evaluation, where you can compare them, select one, and maintain a clear record of what happened.
Bids attach to the evaluation. They are pulled out of wholesaler replies automatically, or you add one by hand, and you can approve the winner, mark a bad offer, or remove a mistake. Every change is on the record.
How bids land on the evaluation
Most bids arrive as replies to your SMS send, and VFT pulls the amount out of the text automatically and attaches it to the unit. You can also add a bid by hand, for the buyer who called instead of texting, or a number you received another way. Everything you have been offered is also gathered on the Offers page.

Approve, mark bad, or remove
With the offers lined up on the evaluation, you approve the winner , mark a bad or non-serious offer so it is out of the running, and remove one that landed by mistake. The comparison is in one place: the same unit, every number side by side, with no scrolling through texts.
Every change is on the record
This is the underlying value. Each bid carries a history: what came in, when, and any time it was changed or removed, and by whom. When bids live in someone’s text messages there is no oversight. On the evaluation there is a record by default. Once you are running volume, the statistics dashboard rolls those bids up into your real numbers.
FAQ
Do I have to enter bids manually?
Mostly no. Bids that come in as replies are pulled in automatically. Manual entry is there for the buyer who phoned or a number you got another way.
What does “mark bad” do?
It takes a lowball or non-serious offer out of contention while keeping it on the record, so your comparison stays clean without erasing what was offered.
Can I delete a bid?
Yes, and the removal is logged. Nothing disappears silently; the record shows it was removed and by whom.
Who can see and change the bids?
Whoever has the right access at your dealership. Every change is attributed, which is the point of keeping it out of a personal phone.
How do I pick the winner?
Approve the offer you are taking. The others stay on the record, so you keep the full picture of what the unit drew.
