Manage Your Subscription
Your plan is not a one-time decision. As your workflow grows, you can move up; if you over-bought, you can move down. The change takes a couple of clicks from your account.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account when your workflow changes. The plan you are on determines which features and limits you get.
Where to manage your subscription
Your subscription lives in your account settings, under Subscription. There you can see your current plan and what it includes, and change it. No sales call is needed to upgrade, and no phone tree to downgrade.

Moving up adds features and raises your limits. Moving down reverses that. Choose the plan that matches how you are using VFT right now, and change it when a limit or a missing feature gets in your way , not before.
What changes when you switch
Each plan grants a different set of features and monthly limits. The plans and features guide is the full breakdown of what is in each. When you switch, your feature access and limits change to match the new plan. Prices live on the main site.
One change worth knowing about in advance: the first time your plan includes SMS conversations, Vehicle Fair Trade provisions a dedicated texting number for your dealership automatically, in the background. There is no setup step, and the number appears on your dealership page once it is ready.
