Send an Evaluation by SMS to Wholesalers
Once you have built the evaluation, sending it is a single action. It goes to every wholesaler you select at the same time, with no copy-pasting to individual phones.
Open a finished evaluation, choose the wholesalers to send to, and send it by SMS in one action. Each buyer receives the same unit at the same time, and their replies come back into Vehicle Fair Trade as offers.
Step 1: Finish the evaluation
Confirm that the unit is ready: VIN decoded, value and build confirmed, and photos and condition entered. A complete evaluation produces accurate offers that hold. An incomplete one increases the chance of discrepancies at delivery.
Step 2: Pick your wholesalers
On the evaluation, select Send to Wholesalers to open the send list, then choose who receives this unit. You can send to everyone or to a subset. Including your full list matters, because the best offer is often the buyer who would have been skipped during a manual send.
Step 3: Send it in one blast
Select Send SMS, and every wholesaler you picked receives the same evaluation by text at the same moment. There is no need to send them one at a time. You can also text a copy to yourself if you want it on your own phone.
What happens next
Replies come back into a conversation thread per buyer, viewable from the Conversations tab, and the offer amounts are pulled out of the texts automatically and attached to the evaluation. For the full picture of how the messaging side works, see the texting wholesalers overview.

Can I send to just some of my wholesalers?
Yes. Pick the subset you want for that unit, or send to the whole list.
Can I text the evaluation to myself?
Yes. There is an option to send a copy to your own phone if you want it on hand.
What do the wholesalers actually receive?
A text that links to the unit’s public view, with the details, photos, and Carfax link if attached, so they can bid with the full picture.
Where do their offers go?
Into a conversation thread per buyer, with the amounts pulled onto the evaluation automatically.
