Your conversations live in one place

Each wholesaler you text gets a live thread, tied to them, holding every message in both directions. Open the Conversations tab to see one thread per buyer. The offer amounts are pulled out automatically and attached to the evaluation, and the full conversation is available alongside them, so you have the context, not only the number.

Reading and searching threads

Open a conversation to read the thread, and use search across conversations when you are looking for a unit or a buyer. Because everything lives in Vehicle Fair Trade rather than in personal texts, it stays searchable long after the deal closes.

Soft-deleting a message

When you need to clear a message out of a thread, you can delete it . The message is hidden from the conversation, not removed from the record. The history stays intact, which is the purpose of keeping wholesale activity on the books rather than on a phone.

Who can see conversations

Access is controlled. People granted the right access at your dealership can view threads and send messages; others cannot. This keeps the wholesale side visible to the people who should see it and closed to those who should not.
