AI Bid Extraction
Review and Confirm Extracted Bids
The AI reads the offer out of the text, but it does not have the final say. You do. Reviewing an extracted bid takes a moment and keeps a wrong number off a real vehicle.
When Vehicle Fair Trade reads an offer out of a wholesaler’s text, it does not record it automatically. The extracted amount comes to you for a quick confirmation. You accept it or correct a misread before it is saved as a bid.
Where extracted bids show up
When a wholesaler replies with a number, Vehicle Fair Trade extracts the amount and presents it for review against the correct evaluation. The amount is proposed, not yet recorded, and waits for your confirmation.

Confirm or correct
Check whether the amount matches what the buyer said. If it does, confirm it , and it is recorded as a bid on the evaluation. If the text was messy and the amount was read incorrectly, correct the number before you confirm. Either action takes a few seconds.
Why the gate is there
A misread on a wholesale number is not a typo; it is a wrong price on a real vehicle, and wrong prices cost money. The system performs the tedious extraction, and you perform the quick confirmation. That division is the core of the design: fast where it can be, and human where it needs to be.
FAQ
Does the AI record bids without me?
No. The amount is proposed and waits for your confirmation before it is saved as a bid.
What if it read the number wrong?
Correct it before you confirm. The review step exists for the messy texts that do not parse cleanly.
How long does reviewing take?
A few seconds per bid. Check, confirm, and you are done, or correct and confirm.
What happens after I confirm?
It is recorded as a bid on the evaluation, alongside the other offers for that vehicle.
Can I reject an extracted bid?
Yes. If it is not a real offer, or it is a pass, do not confirm it. Nothing is recorded that you did not approve.
